What gets held, why it gets held, and who else ends up touching it.
Two separate things get described below. First, whatever reaches Fortify 24x7 when a purchase happens on this storefront. Second, whatever the security products themselves produce once switched on. Specifics get named card by card, since a notice nobody can act on is not worth pinning up.
Posted to the board 28 August 2026CommerceGuard Tech is a trading name. Underneath it stands Fortify 24x7, and every decision described here belongs to that company. Wherever the word we turns up on this board, Fortify 24x7 is what it means.
Should a paragraph here want explaining, write to support@commerceguardtech.com. A person reads what arrives, not a form.
Barely anything, and that is a choice. No advertising pixel loads on these pages. Your visit builds no profile. Not one marketing script belonging to anybody else runs here.
Stripe owns the checkout. A card number, the expiry on it, and those three digits from the reverse all go onto a Stripe page. Not a single one of them reaches this site, appears in front of us, or is recorded by anything we operate.
Back the other way comes the shortest list an account can work from. An address for writing to. A business name. Which cards, and how many of each. Whether the subscription stands in good order. Two identifiers Stripe keeps.
Heads up: card statements show FORTIFY 24X7 - CommerceGuard Tech is a Fortify 24x7 brand, and your subscription is billed by Fortify 24x7.
Hiring us means hiring people to run security products inside a working business, so whatever those products generate goes through our hands. How much of it there is depends on the cards you hold.
The instruction is yours and the purpose is delivering what you paid for. None of it gets mined for our own ends and none of it is on sale. Treat that as settled rather than as a preference awaiting a better offer.
Handing in a slip, through the trader account or by mail, creates a record: the subject, the description, whatever engineers write onto it, and any file pinned to it. Our service management system keeps that record, which is how the history of a problem stays attached to the problem.
Managed security gets assembled out of platforms belonging to other firms. Every name below handles data for us under contract, and each publishes a notice worth going and reading.
Beyond those names, disclosure happens only where a law obliges it. Personal information is not sold. Nothing goes out to feed advertising that follows a person from one site to another.
Records about the account and the billing are held as long as the subscription runs, then as long again as tax law and ordinary accounting require. Whatever a card specifies is the retention its security records get, printed on the stall board or agreed at scoping. Backup data keeps to the policy you selected.
Closing an account involves a conversation and not a button. Say you are leaving and you get written confirmation of what gets deleted, and on which date. Destruction timings for backup data differ from one platform to the next, so what arrives describes the setup you actually have, not a general intention.
Geography decides part of this. A right of access to what is held about you may exist, along with rights to correction, to erasure, and to object against one particular use. Send it over and we will deal with it. No fee attaches to asking, and no consequence attaches to having asked.
Material we handle on behalf of a business belongs to that business first, so its people should approach their own employer ahead of us. We then help that employer answer.
Reaching into a customer environment is limited to engineers whose job needs it. Signing in on our side wants more than a password alone. Every action taken inside a customer tenant is written to a log. Take all of that as a description of practice, not as a warranty that nothing ever goes wrong. A supplier offering you the warranty is selling something.
Material changes move the date stamped at the head of this board. When one touches information you already handed over, we contact account holders directly rather than leaving anybody to find out.
